On September 11 from 6:30 a.m. to 8:00 a.m., the San Gabriel Fire Department will be holding a ceremony to commemorate the September 11 terrorist attacks, which killed 2,996 victims – including 343 firefighters and 37 police officers – and injured over 6,000 others.
To honor these victims, a ceremony will be held at the San Gabriel Fire Department headquarters that will include the raising and lowering of the flag, a moment of silence and the ringing of the final bells.
Members of the public are invited to attend.
