The San Gabriel Police Department held another successful Drug Take-Back last weekend, collecting approximately 80 lbs of unwanted and unused prescription medications.

The department's effort was part of the 12th National Prescription Drug Take-Back Day, which is a nationwide effort to provide a safe and convenient means of disposal for these potentially dangerous items. Be sure to look for similar events in the spring and fall of next year.
