Join us in honoring loved ones who have passed with a Día de Los Muertos celebration filled with live music, bright displays of sugar skulls, and marigolds on a community altar on Thursday, November 2 from 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at the Mission Playhouse Plaza.
To submit a photo of your loved ones for the community altar, please upload a photo online or send a hard copy to the Community Services department located at 250 South Mission Drive.
Throughout the night, attendees can enjoy free folklorico and mariachi performances by Los Colibri and Ballet Folklorico. Small bites and drinks will be available for purchase including tamales, champurrado, cafe de olla, chocolate caliente, mini pan de muero and pan dulce provided by El Pavo Bakery and Restaurant.
