The City of San Gabriel and the San Gabriel Police Department are pleased to host the 28th annual National Night Out on Tuesday, August 2 from 5pm to 9pm. The community is invited to gather in the historic Mission District to enjoy a free and fun-filled evening featuring public safety exhibitions, complimentary hot dogs and hamburgers, desserts for purchase at various food trucks, live DJ music, a bounce house, and more!
Families, neighbors, and friends are encouraged to come learn about public safety and ways to build a safer community. Educational community booths will be implemented throughout the event including a demonstration from the K-9 division, and a presentation from our T3 Patrol and Bike Response Team. Members of the United States Army, Marines, Navy, and other City leaders will also be participating.
This year’s festivities will include:
A dunk tank fundraiser
A masterful balloon artist from 5:30pm to 8:30pm
Face painting from 5:30pm to 8:30pm
Arts and crafts at the Community Services booth
