AUXILIARY FIREFIGHTER HIRING PROCESS
1.) The Auxiliary Firefighter position is a continuous recruitment process.
2.) Copies of all requirements must be submitted in one envelope to the Auxiliary Program Coordinator, located at:

Auxiliary Coordinator

San Gabriel, California 91776
Note: Paperwork may be mailed or hand delivered; no faxes or
emailed documents.
3.) Interviews will be conducted for available positions and are PASS/FAIL.
4.) Successful candidates will then be asked to supply:
- California DMV “Certified Driver Record” http://dmv.ca.gov/online/dr/ welcome.htm
- California DOJ Live Scan (agency form will be supplied)
5.) A background check will be conducted.
6.) Successful candidates will be invited to Auxiliary Orientation and fitted for Personal Protective Equipment.
