Thank you to all community groups and attendees for joining the HEAR Commission at the San Gabriel Mental Wellness Expo on September 18. Successful workshops were offered by the LA County Department of Mental Health in English, Spanish and Mandarin. Other activities included crafts and activities for kids, and yoga, aerial and sound bath demonstrations.
