The Records Bureau is responsible for data entry of all police reports into law enforcement databases, the maintenance of police files, and assisting the public. The bureau is an essential function of the Police Department in providing service to the community at the front lobby and by telephone. In addition to assisting the general public, the bureau assists sworn personnel with report management and subpoena oversight. Our lobby is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
To obtain a police report, the Records Bureau is open Monday from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Tuesday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., excluding holidays.
