voter Information
Voting Solutions for All People (VSAP) was developed by the Los Angeles Registrar-Recorder/County Clerk to address an aging voting system and an increasingly large and complex electorate. The project seeks a collaborative approach to voting system design that will put voters at the center and maximize stakeholder participation.
The new system makes it easy for voters with a full range of types of disabilities and voters with limited English proficiency to cast a ballot. The system supports plain language and is intuitive, user-friendly, and accessible to all, in order to minimize and easily identify voter errors. It also provides all voters the ability to easily correct any errors that appear on their ballot prior to casting their ballot.

The Interactive Sample Ballot is a convenient way to speed up the voting experience by allowing voters to mark their sample ballot selections on a computer or mobile device. Voters can view their sample ballot and mark their choices electronically and generate a QR code called the Poll Pass.
