Ramona Parlor #109 is just one of many parlors that form the Native Sons of the Golden West. Native Sons is dedicated to preserving and promoting California history. The Ramona Museum offers an eclectic collection of artifacts and relics from the early Rancho and Mission Periods and many artifacts from the early American period. Other artifacts include a carriage used by Colonel Fremont on his historic trip to Los Angeles, and flag labeled “the First Bear Banner raised in Sonoma County, 1845.” The museum is open Saturday, 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., and is available for scheduled group tours.
