2012 Honor Wall

The City of San Gabriel will be honoring all members of the Armed Forces at the 2013 Kids Day and 4th of July Parade.  An “Honor Wall” will recognize all current and past troops that live in the City of San Gabriel.  The “Honor Wall” will list the name, branch, years served and a photo.  If you or someone you know served our country in one of the five branches of the United States Military we would like to display that information on the Wall.  Along with providing a photo we invite you to participate in this year’s parade.  To recognize a loved one please fill out the flyer from the link below and submit a 4” x 6” photo to the Parks and Recreation Department.  If you submitted an entry in 2011 or 2012 you DO NOT need to resubmit a photo, your honoree will automatically be acknowledged.

The person nominating the service member must provide their own phone number and address above and return this portion with a 4”x 6” photo of the honored service member by June 1, 2013 to the San Gabriel Parks and Recreation Department, 250 S Mission Dr, CA  91776.
