Copies of incident reports can be obtained in compliance with all applicable laws. Some information will be omitted by staff to comply with any privacy laws.

Requests for copies of incidents may be obtained by contacting the administration office at (626) 308-2880. An administrative fee or processing fee may be applied to all incident reports. Please allow at least three business days for the availability of incident reports.
