The Community Services Department is proud to announce that we are extending our passport service days to offer appointments on Monday and Friday beginning on Monday, January 14, 2019. Travelers may schedule an appointment between 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. to process their passport applications.
We will continue to provide usual passport services to our walk-in customers during the week Tuesday through Thursday. Our passport service hours are offered as follows:
Monday: 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. by appointment only
Tuesday: 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Wednesday: 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Thursday: 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. by appointment only
1st Saturday of every month: 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. by appointment only
Passports must be renewed every 10 years for adults and every 5 years for children. The usual waiting time to receive your passport is 4 to 6 weeks.
