The Planning and Design Review Commissions approved the Tentative Tract Map and Precise Plan of Design, and adopted the EIR Addendum on March 9, 2015.

UPDATE: Proposed amendment to Precise Plan of Design to be reviewed by the Design Review Commission on June 20, 2016.
