Older Adult Programs
The Adult Recreation Center is open Monday thru Friday for adults who are 50 years of age and older. From 10:00 am to 2:00 pm, older adults are welcome to come in and socialize.

NEW! Pickle Ball at Smith Park
Open Court Time
Come and enjoy a friendly game of Pickleball during open court time at Smith Park! Pickleball is a fun, low impact racquet sport that combines elements of badminton, tennis, and table tennis, and is suitable for all ages! Get some fresh air and exercise and enjoy this fast-growing sport!

NEW! Open Computer Time for Older Adults
Need to check your email or want to surf the internet, but don't have a computer? Come enjoy free, open computer time! No need to pre-register, just show up ready to surf the web.
Open Computer Time:
Tuesdays and Thursdays, 10 am to 12 pm, Padillo Room Lounge
NEW! Introduction to Computers for Active Seniors Class
We are offering a brand new computer class for older adults. Computer skills are essential for everyone these days, so this is a great opportunity for those who want to learn.
The class is designed for beginners with limited computer knowledge. Under the direction of instructor Alan Ng, participants will learn basic computer skills, how to navigate the world wide web and terms that they might have heard before but weren’t quite sure what they meant. This class is interactive and will help participants learn how to operate a computer with hands on training.
The classes will be held at the Adult Recreation Center, 324 S Mission Dr. on Fridays from 12:30 to 1:15 pm Registration is open for the low price of $50 for residents and $55 for non-residents. There will be a $10 supply fee payable to the instructor at the first class.
Senior Services Case Management
The Senior Services Case Manager can provide referral information for needs such as housing, Medi-Care and Medi-Cal, legal services, health counseling, and much more. For more information, please visit our Case Management page.
Grapevine Press Newsletter
